The perfect blend of elegance and tradition, the Members Club at Grande Dunes offers an intimate site for meetings, weddings or special events. The 27,000 square foot Clubhouse is designed in old world Tuscan with touches of Spanish Colonial and Venetian-style chandeliers. The spacious Dining & Grille Room flows out onto the extravagant Veranda where guests have an extraordinary view of lake waters, natural islands, and the 9th and 18th Holes and will accommodate up to 200. Smaller intimate spaces include the Library, Founders Room and Ladies Lounge. Our dedicated service and catering team will ensure that every detail is attended for your meeting or event. EVENT & MEETING SPACE LAYOUT & SPECS

	MAIN DINING ROOM The Main Dining Room is the club’s focal point offering a well designed, dramatic open space yet warm and romantic. Complete with Venetian style chandeliers and elegant drapery. Accommodating up to 80 for a classroom style meeting Up to 150 for a plated meal event Up to 120 for a buffet event Up to 120 for cocktail reception May be paired with the adjacent Grille Room for increased capacities May be paired with the Veranda to create a dramatic indoor/outdoor setting
	GRILLE ROOM Whether paired with the dramatic Main Dining Room or on its own, the Grille Room features vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and is perfect for meetings, plated meals or receptions. The Grille Room opens out onto the Veranda providing peaceful lake and golf course views. Accommodating up to 50 for classroom style meeting Up to 60 for a plated meal event Up to 60 for a buffet event Up to 80 for a cocktail reception May be paired with the adjacent Main Dining Room for increased capacities May be paired with the Veranda to create a dramatic indoor/outdoor setting

The Veranda is an outdoor but completely covered space with flowing curves, exquisite Tuscan columns and peaceful lake and golf course views. On its own, will accommodate up to 150 for a cocktail reception On its own, up to 50 for a plated meal event Combined with the Main Dining Room & the Grille Room, up to 300 for a cocktail reception Will accommodate up to 130 chairs for a wedding ceremony
	FOUNDERS ROOM The Founders Room is a private area just off of the Lobby. This room is perfect for small, intimate events that require complete privacy. The Founders Room will accommodate up to 10 for a meeting or plated meal event.
	LIBRARY Located just off of the Grille Room, The Library is a cozy, intimate space with plush furniture, crown molding ceilings, traditional wood flooring and a romantic fireplace that opens out onto the Veranda. This space is well suited for small, personal receptions or dinners. Accommodating up to 30 for a plated meal event Up to 20 for a cocktail reception

This space is located away from the main event space area and offers a quiet, more casual setting. Accommodating up to 25 for a meeting Up to 25 for a plated meal event Up to 30 for a cocktail reception This space is also utilized as a bridal suite!

This area is perfect for outdoor wedding ceremonies and may be tented for larger events. Accommodating up to 300 for an outdoor wedding ceremony Up to 300 for a tented meal event
