Lori is a native of West Virginia and a graduate of Coastal Carolina University. Lori began her career at the Members Club at Grande Dunes during pre-opening in 2005 and quickly advanced to director of catering for the Members Club as well as the Ocean Club at Grande Dunes. In 2008, Lori also assumed those responsibilities for the newly renovated, historic Pine Lakes Country Club. In October 2010, Lori joined forces with the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes sales & catering team to strengthen sales efforts for all of the venues on the Grande Dunes Resort as well as the Pine Lakes Country Club. Lori is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating events and meetings for social and corporate events for these clubs.

Kyleen is a native of New York and a graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Kyleen began her career at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes in 2006 in the pre-opening stages of the hotel as group sales coordinator. Kyleen quickly advanced to convention services coordinator in 2008 and managed groups in all market segments as it relates to the planning and detailing of catering services as well as local catering events. Kyleen’s current role is catering and events manager for all of the Grande Dunes venues and Pine Lakes Country Club and is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating events and meetings for social and corporate clients.

Merrill’s career in restaurant management and catering/conference services began in New York City at prestigious locales such as The Oyster Bar at Grand Central Station, Tavern on the Green and the Essex House. Following NYC, he worked in catering and conference services at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania and the Grand Hyatt Buckhead in Atlanta, GA. He has been director of catering and conference services at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes since pre-opening in 2006 and is responsible for the overall direction of catering and conference services for group and local catering.

A native of the Myrtle Beach area, Pam has over 20 years experience in the hotel sales industry in the Myrtle Beach area and briefly in Texas. She worked her way from the front desk, sales administrator, catering, conference services, sales, sales director and currently sales & marketing director. Prior to joining the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes in 2008, Pam was director sales & marketing at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel. Pam & husband Steve have one son, Cody.
